Breath,itself

Something we never notice, yet something we believe sustains us.

Something we only notice when we're put into a blue line bus with 50 odd passengers, stocked up
and suffocated and groping for a place to keep a hand on.

Yet,something so essential.

Breath.

And by the way,how are you breathing today?

Are your lungs forcing the breath to come in?

or the breath forcing the lungs to inflate?
What is under your control?

Are you under the control of the air surrounding you?Or is it the other way round.
Try it out!

(after reading the lectures on Raja Yoga, from the complete works of Swami Vivekananda,Advaita Books)

And also,
Why in India, they want to stuff 50 people in a bus and still want to preserve the cultural heritage of India, via section 377??

  1. well i tried holding my breath fr 10sec...n i felt tht my lungs were srt of stating high need to brain to breath in air n nt the plenty of air outside tempting me to breath in...so it shuld be lungs tht r forcng to breath in...
well dnt knw much abt raja yoga..yeah but its mstly abt liberation so at soul level v cnt thnk v r under control of smthng..if at the physical level why dnt u consider it as mutual interaction between both the thngs
